Dear Colleagues,

The 5th International Symposium on Graphene Devices (ISGD-5), is the principal meeting addressing advanced graphene applications, offering a unique forum to review the present status, the latest developments, future prospects and related fundamental studies, covering both state-of-the-art experimental and theoretical discoveries.

ISGD-5 will be held at Theatre S05, Griffith University - Queensland College of Art, Southbank, Brisbane on 11-14 July, 2016

This continues a biennial series of symposiums initiated in Japan, at the University of Aizu in 2008, at the Tohoku University, Sendai in 2010, at the Synchrotron SOLEIL in Saint Aubin, France, in 2012, and most recently, in Seattle in 2014.

How to apply: ANN will be providing free registration to 10 Australian based PhD students and ECR's (within 5 years of PhD award) that are ANN members and presenting
papers at ISGD5 2016 (presenting author only).
To be eligible presenting authors must submit their abstract by 25th March, 2016.
In order to be eligible you must be:

  • A current ANN member (please see www.ausnano.net for details on how to become a member and take advantage of this opportunity).
  • A current PhD Student or ECR at an Australian University or Australian Institution.
  • Have submitted an abstract as the presenting author through the "on-line" paper submission" page of the conference website.
  • Received acceptance of abstract.
